Carol Glover received a B.S. in Elementary Education from Morgan State and then a M.S. in Special Education from Coppin State both in Baltimore, Maryland. She went on to obtain a certification in early childhood education from Towson State. She is passionate about educating and empowering others in her actions and words. Even though she is retired from her years of educating pre-school through college students, her passion to teach others is evident in her numerous community and professional activities. Of note, she is also a licensed, ordained Christian minister and very involved with her church and bible studies.
