Sarah Berry, M.D. is a geriatrician and clinical researcher at the Hinda and Arthur Marcus Institute for Aging Research, Hebrew SeniorLife. Her primary research focuses on preventing injuries in older adults including falls, fractures, and adverse medication events. The majority of her clinical and research efforts focus on the nursing home setting. Her current funding includes a large, observational study to determine the safest drugs to treat cardiometabolic disease, and a pilot trial to develop and implement an effective program to prevent injurious falls through optimizing medications in the nursing home.
